Jacques Johan Fouché, an accomplished educator and leader, brings over two decades of experience in teaching, school management, and information technology. He holds a B.A. in Industrial Psychology and Sociology, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from UNISA. Jacques has demonstrated a lifelong commitment to education, notably as the Principal of Mary Help of Christians Primary School, where he integrates Christian values into academic and extracurricular activities. His teaching expertise spans a range of subjects, including Technology, Religious Education, and Computer Science, underpinned by his technical proficiency in IT systems and infrastructure management. As an IT coordinator, Jacques has successfully implemented LMS platforms and supported educational institutions in optimizing digital tools to enhance teaching outcomes.

Jacques’ career reflects a dedication to holistic education, emphasizing student development, staff collaboration, and community engagement. His leadership in organizing sports events, guiding Umalusi accreditation processes, and pioneering advanced IT solutions highlights his versatility and strategic approach to problem-solving. Michael Francois Fouche is a seasoned education professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. He began his career in teaching and gradually ascended to leadership roles, showcasing his proficiency in instructional design, curriculum development, and school management. His tenure as Principal at Holy Cross High School (2016–2023) was marked by transformative leadership, including overhauling assessment frameworks, implementing robust governance policies, and achieving full UMALUSI accreditation for the institution. Earlier in his career, he served as Deputy Principal at The Vaal High School, where he honed his expertise in managing diverse educational portfolios and mentoring educators through curriculum transitions, from Nated 550 to CAPS.

Michael’s dedication to professional growth is evident through his diverse qualifications, including a B.Sc. in Zoology and Biochemistry, Honours in Zoology, and a B.Ed. in Educational Management. His recent roles as Learning Designer at Construct Education and Senior Education Specialist at the Cape Teaching and Leadership Institute further demonstrate his commitment to innovative educational practices and technology integration. A proponent of restorative justice and holistic education, Michael combines his leadership acumen, technological proficiency, and passion for mentorship to foster inclusive and forward-thinking learning environments.
